The holiday lights around the hotel were charming and festive, and the indoor pool was warm and inviting. It was nice to have a spa treatment on Christmas Day, and the staff was friendly enough.

The location was terrible; not safe to walk outside, and there was nothing around except for a few sad looking houses.

Although the location was somewhat remote, the lake provided a peaceful atmosphere. the room itself was tidy and well-maintained, with good lighting and enough space. the bathroom was clean and functional. the breakfast selection was okay, but did not offer many options. In terms of facilities, there was a pool available to use.

The staff was not very accommodating.

The maitre 'd was excellent. Good wine knowledge, friendly, and attentive. Giovanni was quick to assist with bicycles and canoes. Daniele really hustled at breakfast. Beautiful lake, hours of joy. Saw a beaver! Great lakeside cabin. Pool and hot tub on the lake.
